Account Cancellation
You can cancel your CustomerFlows subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no penalties.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings, then Billing
- Open the Stripe billing portal
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation in Stripe
If you do not see billing controls, ask the workspace owner or Billing Admin to open the portal.
What Happens After Cancellation

Exporting Your Data Before Cancellation
We recommend exporting your data before cancellation:
- Go to Settings
- Export contacts as CSV
- Export deals with stages, values, and source attribution
- Export conversation history if that option is available on your workspace
Exports are available during both the active period and the 30-day read-only period.
Reactivating After Cancellation
During the active billing period: Go to Settings, then Billing and click Reactivate. Your cancellation is reversed immediately. No data loss.
During the 30-day read-only period: Go to Settings, then Billing, choose a plan, and enter a payment method. Your account reactivates immediately with all data intact.
After the read-only period: Data retention follows the current account policy shown in the app. If data has already been permanently deleted, you can create a new account, but previous data cannot be recovered.
FAQ
Will I get a refund for the remaining days in my billing period? No. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no prorated refunds for partial months.
Can I pause my account instead of canceling? Not currently. If you need a temporary break, you can downgrade to the Starter tier ($49/mo) to maintain access at the lowest cost, then upgrade again when you're ready.
What happens to my WhatsApp number? When your account loses active access, WhatsApp automation and outbound sending are paused. If the number is disconnected, it can be registered on another WhatsApp account or the free WhatsApp Business App. If you reactivate later, you may need to reconnect and re-verify the number.
