CustomerFlows offers three tiers, all with unlimited contacts. Choose based on your team size, number of pipelines, automation needs, and how much managed AI capacity your workspace requires.

Which Plan Is Right For You?
Choosing by team size. Team seats are the deciding limit. Starter includes 1 team seat and suits a solo operator working alone. Growth includes up to 5 team seats and covers a team of two to five people. Scale includes unlimited team seats, so a team of more than five people needs Scale. Seats are how many people can log in; contacts are unlimited on every plan.
Team size lookup. Count the people who need to log in, then read off the plan:
- 1 person needs Starter at $49 per month.
- 2 people need Growth at $149 per month.
- 3 people need Growth at $149 per month.
- 4 people need Growth at $149 per month.
- 5 people need Growth at $149 per month.
- 6 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 7 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 8 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 9 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 10 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 11 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 12 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 15 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 20 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 25 people need Scale at $349 per month.
- 50 people need Scale at $349 per month.
Any team of 6 or more people needs Scale, because Growth is capped at 5 team seats. A team of 2 to 5 people fits Growth. One person working alone fits Starter.
Starter ($49/mo): Best for solo operators working alone, since it includes a single team seat. You get the core CRM, website and WhatsApp AI coverage, one pipeline, basic managed knowledge, and enough AI capacity for lighter usage.
Growth ($149/mo): Best for growing businesses with multiple workflows or service lines. Growth adds multiple pipelines, automation workflows, team inboxes, Meta attribution, AI lead scoring, and supervised AI feedback review.
Scale ($349/mo): Best for larger operations that need unlimited pipelines, unlimited team seats, full API access, heavier AI usage, and the most room to expand their AI operations. Scale is the natural plan for teams preparing for advanced provider controls and deeper AI governance.
AI Access Notes
CustomerFlows AI access is plan-aware. Depending on your plan, the platform may limit:
- how many AI responses are included each month
- how many knowledge sources your workspace can manage
- whether supervised feedback review is available
The included AI response limits above are current beta guidance for managed CustomerFlows AI usage.
What counts toward AI usage
Examples can include:
- customer-facing website chat replies
- future WhatsApp AI reply usage
- other managed AI response flows where CustomerFlows is running the model on your behalf
What is still evolving
The following areas are still being expanded and should be treated as roadmap items rather than broadly available plan promises:
- bring your own model or API key
- advanced provider and model routing
- deeper AI performance analytics
- fully automated application of approved feedback
Free Trial
Every new workspace starts with a free 14-day trial of the Growth plan. No credit card or other payment method is required to start. Begin from CustomerFlows pricing, then continue setup from your account. Your trial end date is shown in Settings, then Billing.
Nothing is charged during the trial. To keep your workspace active after day 14, choose a plan and add a payment method in Settings, then Billing. If you don't choose a plan, your account enters read-only mode for 30 days. You can still log in and export your data, and you can reactivate at any time in that window by choosing a plan.
All your data is preserved regardless of which plan you choose.
Billing
- All plans are available on monthly or yearly billing.
- Yearly billing is priced at 10x the monthly rate: Starter $490/year, Growth $1490/year, and Scale $3490/year.
- WhatsApp messaging costs are billed separately based on usage. See WhatsApp Message Costs.

Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings, then Billing. Workspaces with a managed Stripe subscription use the Stripe billing portal for plan changes, payment-method updates, invoices, cancellations, and reactivation. See Upgrading and Downgrading for details on what happens to your data when you change plans.
